Guild Wars 2

I purchased the phalanx heavy armor set from the gem store just under 2 weeks ago. Since then, I have been unable to dye it! It’s crazy. I didn’t have all the armor pieces with the right stats to put the skin onto yet, therefor I had been wearing a mix of the phalanx and cultural t3. The cultural pieces dyed just fine, the phalanx pieces keep changing back to their original color whenever I ‘save’ my new choice of dyes.

I just got my last piece (helmet) and transmuted the phalanx skin onto it. So far, this headpiece is the only piece of the entire phalanx armor set that will actually change it’s dyes.

Help!

No one else has had this problem?

Within a timeframe of about 30 minutes, my armor pieces started dying one by one after waiting for 2 weeks. Don’t know if support has started working on my issue (considering I had sent a numerous of tickets in the past few days) or if this was just super random and maybe Arenanet had run out of dyes for the past 2 weeks o_o
