I haven’t been able to replicate this using any particular cause as it happens often in battle (and importantly, never out of combat).

In tight action this is unacceptable for the high-end user in regard to PVP. I reported this in one of the BWE. frown

To reiterate, the pointer disappears from its current, usually centred position and looses itself for a moment before appearing to the far right of the display.
