Guild Wars 2

After the ghosthly outfit came out in shop, my keybourd will paralyze from Esc button to Z. I really don’t know what causes the problem since i tried all but i know it’s not my laptop and i never had this issue before. Another reason i know it is gw2 main fault is becuase will happen only if i play on this game, the buttons will stop working and will stay like this for some random time. Even if i reset or shutdown pc will not turn to normal, i have to wait till it works again and if i play anything other than guild wars or even doing nothing at all the keyboard will not have this problem(played path of exile and borderlands 2 for weeks to prove it ).
I don’t know what to do anymore, it happens more often when i am in pvp becuase i have to press the buttons more frequently. Also i mentioned another huge bug 7 months ago, this one is a crash similar to blue screen but with black screen instead(and strange noises).This crash will happen only after i enter inside Stronghold of Ebonhawke, after a hard reset i have to move the character out from there using wp(the map ill be black) or else will crash again and this is frustating since i can’t make a single map completion. This bug is not like the keyboard one since this happend the first time i put step in there.
Someone help i really wanna play guild wars 2, the crash thing i can avoid by not going there but the keyboard one kills the game for me.
