I opened two Hero Chest Reward in Lion’s arch
Got 3 Pvp Experience potions
Immediatly went to Heart of the mist to consume the potions
When Hotm load, I open my inventory to discover that my potions are gone.

This just happened on my guardian.

i got 10 over potions of pvp inside my bank suddenly gone as well.

i only discovered it missing when i tried to bank in those that i just received from the pvp daily hero chest

I had 14 in my bank, they just vanished ! Have checked all my chars for 10 minutes just to be sure that i hadn’t put them in one of their inventory, but no, they have really vanished.

Same problem here. Spent a lot of time switching between characters to try and find them, too.

Had the same problem, lost 10k reward points this way…

Same problem here. 26 PvP Potions gone from bank.

Same here, tried to save them just to notice that they disappeared.

Same thing, had around 15 stored in bank, gone after char switch. Also, had around 5 on a char, gone too after a zone change >.<

I really thought at first it was a very good idea to save them and to use all of them later on a locked path (let’s say arah for example), but all in all, i should use them as soon as they drop :/

It’s happened to me that I opened a chest and got nothing from it

I think high chance it will disappear if you open the chest inside heart of the mist.

I just opened another chest and the potion just disappear leaving 1 slot empty follow by next gift(giant giftbox)

i was saving my potions of pvp rewards,i had 18 in my back,just went to add the 6 i got today,and nothing! i checked all my toons just in case i might’ve put them some where else,but again ,nothing.are they suppose to disappear after a time of not using them,if so,then that needs to be put in the description. if not,then am i,as well as everyone else,going to be getting them back?

Is this being looked at? Items disappearing is a serious issue.

Happened to me, too. Lost around 12, I think. I switched to use them instantly now.
A sort of announcement would be great, so players know that they can disappear.

I had same bug twice (first time i lost 2 potions, but i thought that maybe i put them somewhere or delete[without pop-up?], but it just happened again with 14 that i had in my bank), srsly guys – there could be some info or warning “use them asap, or they disappear”.

Yeah indeed, it would be great to get some kind of information if they really are supposed to disappear or is it a bug.

I thought that I had accidentally deleted mine the first time it happened because I did some bank reorganizing on a separate character and when I went to add new ones to my bank they went into my first available slot. I put in a support ticket to see if they could check on what happened.

Unfortunately, I went to check on my count this morning, and nothing! I am now out 15 potions. I was saving them to complete a track all at once.

I put all the details in the support ticket on which characters I seemed to be on in case it is related.

Leetsura — well, I cannot really comment on your craziness…

I just talked to Customer Support and they suggest that you do submit a customer support ticket. If you’re not sure of the quantity, make your best estimate. Once this bug is fixed, the team hopes to be able to replace the items. Oh and the team asked if everyone could please be super patient, because until the fix is made, the replacements can’t be issued, so it’s going to take a bit of time.

So – five months later, as far as i know, we still don’t have your potions back. When will they be refunded ?
