Ranger Signets broken in PVP

I notice after the 28 January update, my Signets are not working properly for my Ranger while in PVP. If I am in the mists, the appropriate Signet ICON appears above the skill bar, but when I enter PVP, they disappear and I do not appear to gain the benefit. I can tell because if I am using Signet of the Hunt, I am not moving faster.
