The Ranger traits Malicious training, Commanding Voice, and Speed Training all are appearing to have no effect.

I do not believe this is a tooltip error as I have tried them out several times in the mists on the training dummies.

Can anyone else verify this?

Test with your pet in combat.

Tarnished Coast Engineer and… general alt-o-holic.

I made sure to have my pet in combat for Malicious Training.

Commanding Voice and Speed Training are simply cooldown decreases.
