Guild Wars 2

Last weekend I completed the ringmaster story quest while in party with another player, and when it was finished I did not receive the rewards for completion (but he did). Furthermore, the green star on my map indicating where my next story quest should be remained in the same place, as if I had not played it yet. Unfortunately, when my character is standing on that map location, no star is present — therefore I cannot re-enter and repeat it, in order to progress.

I have logged in and out of the game, restarted the computer, and actually (for unrelated reasons) had to uninstall my game client and re-install it since then, but the issue remains. I also used an in-game support feature and created a ticket at the time it happened (a week ago), but so far no change.

If anyone knows anything I’d be grateful for assistance!

My character is a level 22 human mesmer.

The Ringmaster is the final episode of the L20 story arc. You will progress in your Personal Story once your character attains L30. You should receive all rewards, etc. at that time.
