Well, let’s see what responses I and Circling Skies get. It’s a big organisation so it’s not unthinkable that information has not made it to all departments, I know how hard my own department of 10 people have communicating with eachother…

Well, if that’s the case I’ll of course share my support ID so you can refer to it for the support rep. It’s both a problem and an asset that if they do it for one they have to do it for all to not give anyone an advantage.

In my line of work I hate doing “favours” for people because I know clients talk with each other and once someone gets a foot in you eventually have a whole swarm of people demanding the same thing.

But this situation has already gone out of hand if they’re giving out trophies to Nevermore crafters but not Rodgorts… not to mention how long this has been a problem.

for now I’m very curious what response u 2 get…

Hey Fredrik,
There is another update that is coming out if you could please try it once more after. This is a known issue that’s been worked on. We’ll be waiting for your response after doing this =)

I asked them for a timeframe, and also why we have to wait for the same problem Nevermore crafters didn’t have to. Even though we’ve been waiting longer.

wow must be rly hard to tell when the update is coming… and why cant they say if its fixed then or not
instead telling you/us to TRY it then again??

Next response, straight up false. I’m getting really tired of this.

“There should be a quick patch that was released today. If not it may take till the next update. This is a known issue and is being worked on. The patches should clear it up.”

i had no patch…. downloaded nothing when I started the game…

may take till… WTF… this is ridiculous!

IT’S FIXED!!! Just saw it in the patch notes. Heading in to find it!

edit: got it off about the 6th kill in Cursed Shore! BIG sigh of relief. Now off to finally craft it!

Edit 2: Crafted Rodgort and I love it. About broke my bank but it’s mine…all mine.

I got it off the 10th Elemental outside R&D Waypoint in cursed shore. When I get home from work I’ll finish Rodgort.
