Roj the Rowdy Butcher is missing
Same on Ruins of Surmia. In addition to Roj the skill point guy in Beetletun is also missing.
I’m also having this issue. I can see him talking on the chat UI but no one is there.

He is missing on Yaks Bend Server as well and the Cattleput for the Watchtower vista is not working either
I found 10 separate posts on this, just adding on that this guy is still missing. I’m standing on top of the skill point and can see him “singing”, but he’s not where to be seen… stuck under the world or something.
Its fixed on our server although the catapult there (which gets you to the vista) still hasn’t been fixed
