I noticed during some underwater combat in Honor of the Waves last night that the 6th bonus for using a full set of Soldier runes (shouts remove conditions) is not working. It works perfectly fine on land, but I quickly noticed it was not working at all underwater.

I was using superior quality runes. I’m not sure if this issue is exclusive to them or not, but I doubt it is.

I don’t think this was intended, so I’m reporting it here in the hopes that it can be fixed sooner rather then later.

not a bug.

When you go underwater, your helmet switches to a mask. If you don’t have a rune on the mask, you go to 5/6 runes and lose the bonus for the 6th.

So you actually need to always buy 7 runes and apply them to 7 pieces of armor.
