Guild Wars 2

My guild was doing our PvP dailies, specifically the 16,000 rank points. We had a group of four and a group of three, all of us playing under the guild team name. Our team of four lost their game shortly around the same time our team of three won theirs (not sure which happened first). Our team of four got their accommodations when the mission was apparently fulfilled, but our other team did not. I didn’t submit a claim ticket because I couldn’t figure out what subcategory this would fall under.

None of us got ours after two games. None of the points were updating on the guild screen.

Our guild did the PvP mission " PvP rank" from the “Hard weekly opportunities” category.

We had 10 PvP teams, we all joined the queue at around the same time.

We completed the mission successfully and the Guild Panel says " The guild has already received rewards".

However, only one or two guild teams received their personal rewards, and the others didn’t.

I can confirm that we were all in guild teams and joined the queue as guild teams.

EDIT: I have an update for this situation. Around an hour after running the mission, a few of us decided to start the mission again just to see what happens. We didn’t get the 16000 rank points required (obviously, since we were only one team), but we did get the personal rewards.
