Hello,

Completed Arah Path 1 killed the last boss where you need to use the reflecting crystals to reflect his shots back at him and he puts a ring of fire around him what gets smaller and smaller.

Once he has been killed the door is meant to open and you go through and the dungeon is over and you get the token ect…….

HOWEVER to our despair the door bugged and did not open, meaning we all wasted 2 hours of our time doing the dungeon!

We have all done a bug report and sent a screen shot asking for our tokens to be awarded. I know it is unlikely we will get them or even have a response from Arena net but if you are reading this Arena Net please send them!

What makes this worst is firstly it took us two weeks to be able to do the dungeon because of the stupid event bugging outside the door of Arah! And secondly I’m now too scared to run Arah path 1 in case this happens again.

I hope you can understand our frustration here at the very end of this long path we finally get to the end ready to collect our reward and bang door bugged!

To top it all of it was the last 60 tokens I needed to collect my legs for the final part of my appearance!

Please send our tokens Arena Net!

I have also had this problem, and sent a bug report complete with screenshot to show that I have completed it. In my opinion sending tokens to players who have encountered this problem and submitted evidence that they have done the dungeon is a good idea. It would not only show that you do care for the players who spent hours working through the content only to be stopped because of a bug, but also encourage players to do different dungeons, as currently many players will only do a handful that are known to be less buggy.

We are sorry to hear your unfortunate episodes and we will forward the information to the team today. If you have sent already a bug report and a ticket to Customer Support, then they will investigate the internal error and deal with your incidence although it is highly unlikely that you will get back those tokens, I am afraid.
