NPC called Shady Quill in the zephyr airship displaying wrong language.

Small update it seems to be more then just him, its the items them selves are also coming up incorrect.

I’m seeing the same thing, and I don’t remember seeing foreign characters right after the event went live, so something in the last few hot fixes perhaps?
