Guild Wars 2

Hi there, level 80 warrior just got a Mystic Rifle. It comes with a Superior Sigil of Blood which is supposed to steal health on critical hits 30% of the time.

However, it seems this is not the case when using a rifle. Indeed, the Wiki even states this as an anomaly for all 2-handed weapons. No matter how many criticals you deal it never activates.

Is this a known bug? Is there a way around it? Is it going to be fixed?

Anyone noticed this before? Anyone know what the status is?

I think that sigil is a total write off right now. It doesn’t work on two-handed weapons (as the wiki describes) and I also found out it doesn’t work with my dual pistols. But at least you didn’t pay extra for yours. I bought mine off the TP. Kiss that gold goodbye. Also the cooldown is apparently 5s, not the 2s it lists in the tooltip. They should rename it Sigil of the Lemon.

Arg! Wish I’d known before I forked out 10 gold on the TP for the Mystic Rifle.

Ah well, it does the job. Not much I can do…though I do wish now I’d bought a lower cost exotic and transmuted it.

Still, it happens I guess. Maybe it’ll get fixed in a patch.

I’d like to know if this is fixed too. It seems the bug was recently removed from the wiki.
