Most days, my sigil of energy doesn’t refill my endurance bar. It seems to have only started happening recently, as in since one of the last few LA patches. I know that I have 2 of these on a specific weapon set of mine, but they do not proc. Yes, I am in combat, so they should give me endurance back when I swap.

Is this a known bug? It’d be awesome if it was fixed sometime soon.

Are you using another ‘on swap’ or ‘on crit’ sigil in combination with them? These two types of sigils share an internal cooldown. This mean if an ‘on crit’ sigil or ‘on swap’ sigil procs, it will put the other sigil on cooldown as well until the procced sigil comes off cooldown. These have always behaved this way, but are supposed to be seperated in a future patch. For the time being, I’d recommend combining it with an ‘on kill’ or an ‘always on’ sigil like bloodlust or force or whatever else happens to fit in with your build.

I used to think I had the same problem but like Tman said, it shares an internal cooldown with other ‘on swap’ sigils.

For example if you had both a sigil of battle on mainhand and a sigil of energy on offhand, you’d find that you aren’t acquiring 50% endurance regen on swap. Similarly if you’re equipping 2 weapons both with sigils of energy… oddly enough, they at times actually disrupt one another! No idea why, but try it for yourself.

Since then, whenever I’m skipping trash (sword mainhand for savage leap and warhorn for perma swiftness on warr), I just use a warhorn with bloodlust sigil to prevent it from happening.

FYI: all sigils will have independent cooldowns as of March 18 patch. So better not change anything before that time.

Sometimes these sigils will simply fail to work. Don’t know why, but unequipping my weapons and re-equipping them will fix it.
