I started using the Signet of Agility since it gives a great precision boost, refills endurance and cure a condition for each nearby ally.
The problem here is that the bold part seems to say: cure X from your conditions when X allies are around
But here’s what really happens: cure a condition from you and allies around you
The text is really confusing. Found another topics about the same thing:

The skill description currently says “cure a condition FOR each nearby ally,” which makes it sound like it cures one condition off the player for each nearby ally (which is what the two users above us think too). It doesn’t do that, at least not from what I’ve seen. It only ever cures one condition off the player, and one condition from nearby players. If the skill description was more accurate and in line with other skill descriptions, it would simply say "cures a condition from you and nearby allies
Yeah, “Refill endurance and cure a condition for each nearby ally” could mean:
-It only applies the effects to you, and it scales via having more friends nearby.
-One of the two benefits applies to you, possibly scaling as above, while the others apply to your allies.
-Both effects apply to your allies and neither apply to you.
What it actually does it apply both effects to both you and your nearby allies. “For each nearby ally” isn’t a statement of scaling, but a statement of who it targets.
Just a very poorly written description.
