1. Once you have started to fly with your glider in Dwayna’s Reliquary, your glider can get stuck having a strong side-wind no matter where you are, and not letting you speed up while pressing forward, until you log out and log back in.
2. Logging out and back in again in Siren’s Landing – or – switching to another instance (for example if you get the “few players are left on this map” switch message and accept it) can void your heart completion, not letting you loot the daily chest in Abaddon’s Reliquary. Nothing happens when you try to interact with them. The NPC at the bottom by the chests will not let you buy a second chance when this happens – the option will not show up, she will only let you out.
