Guild Wars 2

The Brainy Pirate and Warmaster Yulie skill challenges do work. The game shows the orange circle indicating an event, but there is npc to fight. It blocking my progress.

With the skill point by Vigil Keep the NPC simply does not appear to be there. Server is Blackgate. Pretty sure it has been going on for a couple of days, as people have been discussing the bugged skill point in /map chat, but I just got over there today.

Seeing the same on DragonBrand Server both Skill Points are not available, been like that for a few days now.
