Stacking bonus on-kill sigil don't work.
enemies in the living story season 2 instances don’t give experience or loot, which for some reason seems to be tied to counting as a “kill” for sigil/trait purposes.
As someone who uses bloodlust sigils on all my characters, it’s really annoying and I wish they’d do something about it.
It’s not just living story instances i’ve noticed this happening with also dungeons and personal story too.
