lv 30 story: at the point where we (my group companion did) choose an organization.
The other player choose for both of us (Vigil). But I couldn’t access Vigil restricted area and sellers.
The party member who started the quest didn’t have the issue.
Some days after, the bug goes off (corrected by your team or by the storyline(?)).

lv 42 story: at the point when we (my group companion did) choose a race to help (Hylek).
My personal history passed from level 42 (Champion’s sacrifice) to level 48 (Forewarned is forearmed). I lost 31,000 xp and many reward objects.
The party member who started the quest didn’t have the issue.

- Where can I find the list of the personal story quests in order to help you to detect other lacks?
- As a customer of Arenanet I would like to find back at least the experience points that were lost on this bug.

Okay this is still happening to people and halting their progress. With so much emphasis on personal story this sure is a slap in the face.

This should be PRIORITY 1 fix. It goes without saying how game breaking it is.

We just have to know… Can our characters be fixed? Is it a lost cause to continue plying or should I either shelf this game or return it?

Gooftroops started the mission Kellach’s Attack (30). When entering Lion’s Arch, Mission changed to Forewarned is Forearmed (48) for Goofs. We were both on the same quest, Kellach’s Attack when Gooftroops started it.

Numina Septem accepted the "Trouble at the roots" response of Dante Septem (he chose to join the Order of the Whispers). The next step Numina Septem got the "Flower of Death" quest, which is the "The Vigil" choice.

Reporting for friends. They do quests together so it should be the same. I was in the same party but did not get affected with the quests skipping.

I did not receive and exp or rewards for the quest but it put me into the next quest.

Pavel Mondaren was my character (leading the quest), and my friend, Allers (account name is Allers.2753) was following my quests. We were in Lion’s Arch after Kellach’s Attack and talking to Logan Thackeray and his friends, my quest changed to A Fragile Peace (level 30), and my friend’s quest changed to Forewarned is Forearmed (level 48).
