Guild Wars 2

just had the same bug and i did not kill it that fast
but i did not see it do some of the moves i can remember it doing

just tried it twice today, fast and low dps, killed the mob once and left it the other time. no audio cut scene after the eye dies. rather frustrating

5 years later, this quest is still bugged.

Is tied to the Personal Story. You’d think they’d have done something by now to smooth it out.

EDIT: Exit the game, reload, and slooooow damage. As in, practically auto-attack. Finally got me through on my 4th try.

Just as a quick bump: This bug STILL isn’t fixed.
Somehow sad tbh.

First try failed (and progress got blocked) while second try we did it doing really slow dps as Elthionel described and it worked.
