Not sure if this is a bug or if it is intended but….
Superior Sigil Of Water:
30% Chance to Heal nearby Allies.
Major Sigil Of Water:
30% Chance to Heal Nearby Allies.
so…umm, is this intended and if so…what is the difference between the Superior & Major?
I would have thought the Superior Sigil Of Water would have a 40-45% chance…and not the same as the major sigil :S
