Guild Wars 2

As title says. This sigil won’t proc. I’ve tried numerous changes and it wont proc. Sometimes it would, but now it completely stopped working. I tried waiting 9 seconds, I am in combat of course, but no luck.

Please fix this asap, it’s ruining my entire build..

Notes:
I’m using 2 sets of weapons:

Sword (Sigil of int) + shield (Sigil of fire)

Axe (Sigil of fire) + mace (Sigil of int)

- When I logged in with this setup, sigil of int wouldnt proc for any of them.

- After Switching my sword with another sword with no sigil of int, and switch back to my sword WITH sigil of int, then the proc works for both.

- Switching map will reset this, making both sigils not proc once more.

- Seems as if the sigil bugs if we have 1 on each set

Have issues with that sigil aswell.

On my warrior I tried to create a WvW roaming build using Axe/Mace and Rifle on swap.
Axe/Mace using Sigil of Force and Sigil of Accuracy, Rifle using Sigil of Energy and Sigil of Intelligence. Idea was to cause some havoc with Axe/Mace and when the enemy backs of a bit (with less than 75% preferably) i switch to Rifle and try to hit with the Burst Skill “Kill shot”. Thing is- most of the time it does not crit. Also tried other rifle skills / rifle AA chain – crits are still totally random.

tl;dr: got sigil of intelligence on my swap weapon, but when i swap to that weapon in combat, i never get the guaranteed three crits.
