Superior rune of the soldiers underwater bug
Just to check: do you have a rune of the soldier on your aquatic helm/breather too? If not, you’re down to only 5 runes as soon as you enter the water.
As it happened to me in game with every Fractal of the mist underwater adventures…
The effect for the 6th rune is not working: shout is not removing condition
