i would like to say this games report system is absolutely too easy and too flawed…….the fact that it takes me 1 mili second to report someone is proof enough that its very uneffective where as its easy and encourages ppl to report bad stuff nothing is being done……i have reported the same bots over n over for weeks 3x a day or more i am 10000% sure they are bots they stand still they never EVER leave and only use hotkey (#1) skill and do not move around or respond too communication….they are invading my grind spot and others and bringing our ingame prices up and down depending i think it is your job and responsibilty to take care of this asap and not nothing done weeks later if you as anet cannot do your job then you need to put in a better reporting system one that requires video or screen shot proof or more……..i know me and many others will leave this game soon if you do not figure a way todo your simple job of keeping bots out…..its your JOB!!!!!…and when im taking the time to report and help you and weeks go by without any punishment it makes me think i can do many many illegal things here and get away with it thats another thing ill keep in mind if nothing is done tired of reporting things that go unanswered do your job or ill do it for you

i mean seriously its not even different bots rofl its the same 5 mofos and you cant do anything? for a month? sad

Thanks for reporting those bots. Remeber what happened with the last ones…it seemed as if they never were going to dissapear and one day they were gone. It might take a bit, and we sure do appreciate your reports, but they will eventually disappear.

Also, thanks for your feedback on the report tool. We will forward it to the team and see if improvements can be made to make it a better tool.
