The Dragon's Reach, Part 2 Disconnect Issue
Try tuning all your graphics settings to the lowest.
Some instances, especially cutscenes, toss out more special effects and that can throw off a machine that is on the edge of its performance limits. (My old hard drive had a weak connector and it only ‘failed’ when a lot of intense read/write was needed, e.g. during two boss fights and one cutscene.)
John Smith: “you should kill monsters, because killing monsters is awesome.”
I’ll try it. I just ran a repair too. I’ve got an i7, 32gb of ram, a gtx 970, and brand new SSDs in raid 0. The i7 and ram are about 4 years old but no other games have been giving me issues. Will report back shortly.
Thank you so much! That worked like a charm, guess its time to stress test and see what part is breaking down that I need to replace.
