Guild Wars 2

So I’m halfway through crafting the new legendary pistol H.O.P.E. However, I checked out its Wiki page recently: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/HOPE

If you look towards the bottom it says it has a bug for Engineers;
As with other legendary weapons, Engineer skill have no visual effects when using kits.

Then it said this; (The kit bug was fixed to some extend with 2015 Wintersday patch)
Which basically means they added a visual effect for the Grenade Barrage, which is cool, but I was wondering if were going to be getting full visual effects for our grenade/bomb kits as that’s what we use most the time (if you play meta build).

Also, could someone please confirm whether this is actually a bug, or it’s suppose to show only a visual effect for Grenade Barrage and nothing else (apart from when using the pistol itself ofcourse).

I asked an Anet representative when it may occur and all i got was “‘cos that’s absolutely gonna make me drop everything and run off and fix them for you-right?” from some Knyghtblade guy, then he logged immediately. So in all i guess we are the least of their problems, and they dont care at all about our hard work put into these legendaries. Yet nevermore gets druid wall that turns projectiles into ravens and ele who has a massive outburst of ravens flying through the air. I wouldnt expect a fix for a very long time by the way this Anet representative disrespected me and then immediately left.
