Guild Wars 2

Multiple members of our guild (Nature of Mischief [NOM]) upgraded and used Tomes of Influence in the first days of GW2, we have still not received the influence points for these items.

These are people who have paid real world money for a specific guild benefit that was never delivered on, none have received a reply either from their inquiries. Please tell us what is going on here or refund their purchases.

Same issue here, one of my guildmates used his tome of influence and we never got credit for it. I did report it in-game but the 1000 is still missing.

I too would like to add to this.

A friend of mine upgraded to the digital deluxe version to get the extra items. She used her Tome of Influence right then and received the 1000 Influence for her guild instantly.

I have been holding on to mine since the 3 day head start and just attempted to use mine. When used, the item disappeared from my pack and there was a character call out and visuals to show that the item was used.

I hope this can be fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Thanks and cheers.

Another bug that’s widely known, but yet to be addressed.

I got a response on my support ticket that said they were looking into it, though, so hopefully we’ll get more info on this soon.

Same problem with me.

I just used my tome of Influence and did not get credit at all! This feels like a giant rip off to me. Please fix it fast.
