Stand in a group of multiple players (or NPCS), 5+.

Toss Elixir B at your feet.

You get none of the boons most of the time. For some reason it doesn’t prioritize the person throwing it anymore, apparently broken by a recent patch. Boon priority is broken – not preferring the player as it used to.

I tested with full elixir traits, no party. Alchemy II, VIII, XI.

I’ll test to see if the untraited versions are equally as broken later and perhaps the effects of party.

Edit: Untraited elixirs (no traits at all) is similarly broken – engineer tossing it will recieve no boons most of the time.

Considering this is the engineer’s only practical form of stability, this is a rather major bug.

Stupidly easy repro. If you can’t find people, go to the heart of the mists and toss at your feet – always a crowd of AFK people.

Testing with the latest patch, nine throws, only one affected me.

It’s interesting to note that Toss B does work 100% of the time while in a party.

Even if no other party members are in the elixir radius, Toss B will properly grant you the boons, so long as you’re in the radius.

However without a party, Toss B does not work consistently still.

Still bugged as of yesterday’s Halloween patch.

It’s pure chance whether or not I get stability from my own Toss B without a party, when standing in more than 5 targets.
