I have reported such issue by game bug report system since day one.

I CAN sand e-mails (including attachments) to other players. What I CANNOT do is to receive e-mails. The sender will either see his mail sent but NEVER delivered or in minor cases see the e-mail to be self-delivered (A sends mail to B; mail is delivered to A!).

Please help. Such issue is annoying and progress-hampering.

I am still experiencing this bug. Most of the people who sent me items got their stuff lost.

I am also reporting this in game, daily. Is there any direct support one could ask for or every hand in ANet is now focussed on other major bugs?

I’m going to bet your mailbox is full. The mailbox currently has a cap of 10 emails. You need to delete the emails in your mailbox so the pending ones can be delivered.
