What the hell was that?
Just had a similar issue with timers on a Tequatl map. We were on the last burn phase and everyones timer went to 0:00 and wiped almost everyone in the map. When we went back to try and save the map everyone had different amounts of time on their timers and then it randomly failed the event.cThis is incredibly frustrating after spending time on a long event.
Yeah, Bug Report tool is messed up. Maybe pick up any category, the description is what will matter after all.
Same with the map I was on. Also, something seemed to be wrong with the launch pads. About half the people using them came down dead when they landed. Killed me twice. My map was doing well, but on the last defense phase I used the southernmost pad, died, WP to Brooloonu, and all of sudden North battery failed costing us the entire event.
This was the only Teq event I’ve done today so I can’t say if it is a reoccurring bug or just a freak occurrence. However, other people I’ve talked to have mention glitching occurring during their event as well (regardless on whether they failed/succeeded).
I was just doing Tequatl and everything was going just fine. We go to finish up the first battery phase and as the timer is almost done, it went back UP and caused north to get destroyed, costing us the entire event. I submitted a bug report but…what the hell
Just to clarify, what do you mean by “it went back UP”? Do you mean the timer was almost done with battery defense, and shortly before Tequatl was supposed to be shot down the battery event restarted?

The timer was about to finish and suddenly it went up to around 20 seconds. So no, not completely restarted, but enough to kill the event.
