For those with slower computers, this puzzle is impossible, due to the fact that by the time it loads to get into the jumping puzzle, we are either thrown off by the blast, or there’s no snowflakes to jump upon, and again we eventually get blasted off.

This simply makes it -impossible- for some to do the puzzle, regardless of how good they actually are at puzzles.

this is happening to me too. By the time the loading screen clears the snowflakes crumble and everyone else is a good 3-4 seconds in front of me.

(as you can see from the attachment, i have full life therefore i have just appeared)

I was able to do it with my crappy laptop though.

Try to use best performance setting and smallest res available. If that doesn’t help then it’s definitely a problem.

Hello Sentinel VX. I did what you suggested – my graphics are already at minimum settings but i also put my resolution down to the smallest full screen one available and still having the same problem!

I’m quite gutted I can’t play the jumping puzzle!

Try to submit a ticket to the customer support if that would help.
