Reported in game, but I have not recieved a response.
I had joined the Priory in mission Mightier than the sword. Ran Untamed Wilds, Pets and Walls make stronger Kraals and the The lost Chieftains retrun with another player and Now I have been assigned Suspicious Activity which is a Order of whispers Story line.

I should have On Red Alert for the Priory. Can anyone fix this?

They don’t respond to in game submissions. It says so before you click submit a bug.
I believe this happens when you accept a different story with another player. I think ANET has responded to this issue before… let me see if I can’t find it.

when you help someone else, and it matches your personal story level, at the end you get option to progress in personal story. by accepting to progress you changed your story line. congrats. you may proceed order of whispers story-line and get medal on your wall, but in your heart you will stay priory. and btw order of whisper agents won’t accept you as their own

From past perusal of posts, whenever something like this has happened, there has been no way to change the outcome. I don’t think it is possible with the tools at hand.
