Guild Wars 2

I play with my team in the tournament for a week. We took 1, 2, sometimes 3 seats, but the rewards we have not got. yesterday did transfer to the U.S. server, players from the U.S. servers are awarded, we do not get …as proof to my words. I have 85 victories in the tournament but my PvP rank only 19. If I get at least a bronze chests, I would have had a much more vyskoy rank than now. please solve this problem

We genuinely accept that we will not get our missing chests.

All we ask is that you speak up about this bug. Across 10 pages, there is one thread.

The thread lists your “state of the game updates” and which posts are related to these chests.

Thread closed because it’s not about a bug. The bug being that we still aren’t getting chests.

So how about say something, or at least just let us know it’s bottom of the barrel low priority so your pvp community can move on.

Agree x100. Chests have been broken for almost a week now and I’m seeing once enthusiastic friends (myself included) log on less and less because they’re tired of not seeing the rewards they worked for. I dont understand what the bug is, the chests were working for quite awhile albeit we received them really slow, what the heck did you guys do, flip a switch and break tourneys?

I do not see the point of winning the tournament if vseravno not give awards.

Dear Guild Wars Team. I have a such problem with the reward for the tournament. Early, when we got the 2nd place, we got silver chest, now we got nothing for any place. Transfer to the U.S. server didn’t helped. Please solve this problem as soon as possibl.

On a US server and my whole team isn’t receiving the rewards either, so I don’t think it is region sever specific.

Hi,

When i win a tourney, i don’t receive any reward most of the time.
This feature worked fine on the BW & it never worked since the first day of release.
It is really weird.

Maybe this observation could help:
{It look like when there is just a few players on the pvp server, if you win a tourney, you’ll get your chest.}
