For some reason, I could not send whispers out at all last night. Only when I receive one, then I can communicate via whisper to the one that sent it.
Things I tried:
-Whispering by typing name in.
-rightclicking someone on the chat box
-rightclicking on someone on the map
-rightclicking on someone in guild lists.
-rightclcking a name in the contats/friendlist
-rightclikcing in the followers list.
-Joining a party with who I want to talk to and trying again.
All these failed.
Reloading game entirely is the only fix yet. I had this happen a few times over the past 2 years playing.
