i bought the ulti pack for both games so i get 4000 gems included , but after buying and reedeeming the serial code , i got the lvl 80 boost and everything was working as it should, but as i played along i noticed that the HoT section was all locked everything from the story line too the new spells and training , has annyone noticed the same ?

Have you activated and completed the 1st HoT mission in your journal? It’ll ask you to go to Verdant Brink via the Silverwastes.
