Guild Wars 2

I just spent gifts worth of 1400 guild influence. I want to research politics level 1 but the add button is greyed out on my guild panel. What am i missing here? i have the guild represented. I’ve attached a screenshot

Do you have permission to build things?

i wasn’t aware you had to have permissions. I’m just a member in the guild. Do you have to be a certain rank?
I just want to buy the guild armorer contract so i can buy back pieces

Yes, you have to have permissions.

The rank you need to be is set by the guild’s leader. Talk to whoever that is.
