From one of its comment, someone explained how he gained swiftness on heal without healing skill, but instead, using tonic and skill 6.
Here is the quote:
“He’s not getting swiftness on weapon swap, he’s getting swiftness on heal (or more accurately on activation of skill slot 6). Notice he’s got the quaggan tonic in his inventory and activates it several times in the video. When he uses the quaggan tonic, the exit tonic form skill replaces the heal skill (slot 6). Using the exit tonic form skill procs any “on heal” attributes of runes (i.e. Superior Rune of the Centaur or Superior Rune of Air).?"
I don’t use the words cheat or exploit, can A.net confirm is it a bug or does it work as intended?
