Guild Wars 2

hi all my game client gets to 5% installed when it just crashes. and it keeps crashing at 5% now im not using any lavasoft programs im running windows 10 64bit any info that can help me fix this crashing problem will be much appricated. i also deleted and re dl the 64bit download client for guild wars 2 but it still crashes at 5% installed

Sometimes, Lavasoft programs are hidden (often piggy-backed on Bing).
