Secondly, I doubt anyone can help you with a GTA5 related issue. Have you tried cleaning the game cache and system memory with CCleaner before launching GW2? Perhaps GTA5 is storing a lot of temporary data.
All I can say is.. open the task manager and see if there’s still a component of GTA5 running, and close it..
