its almost the same like the “in Combat bug”

sometimes you are not able to switch between skills in “out of combat mode”

it stays like this until i leave the dungeon

Looks like this bug is caused by transformation tonics (didn’t confirme yet) or if u r forced to transforme in dungeons/fractals. It happened to me and my party in Ascalon fractal and reactor fractal.

P.S: didn’t make screenshots, sorry.

Edit: Also when i go out of combat there is a 3-5 sec delay before my HP starts to regen.

PS. The game was supposed to be a beautiful MMO, Meanwhile, it has huge gaps that are patching after two years. TRUTH HURTS!

I think I can confirm the issue happens whenever you get transformed (as Setis got transformed into a ghost in AC).
Me and four guild mates played thaumanova fractal yesterday (the one where everyone gets transformed into an asura) and none of us was able to change any utility skills for the whole level.

This is even more frustrating than the “in combat” bug, and sometimes even game-breaking. I’ve had it repeatedly happening to me in Dry Top yesterday because of the aspect transforms; I had to receive damage and get transformed again or some combination of it to get the arrows back when out of combat.

I can vonfirm this bug, when you get transformed you only have 1 skill switch per slot, once you switch the skill once the arrow to select a new one for that slot disappears. This is even worse if you attack becouse after being in combat all the arrows disappear.

We had this in fractal many times in charr one and thaumanova reactor. The only way to change your skills is go back to lion’s arch. Unfortunatly once you enter you cannot change them again since if you enter the same fractal more than once with the same character you appear dead once in.

If your party members resurrect you the bug still happens, no arrows on skill slots. What can I say? For now I think the best way to overcome this bug is to leave transformation going back to Lion’s Arch if you are in fractal or in the closest map if you are in a dungeon (e.g. Plains of Ashford if you are in AC).

It also happened to me in AC p3… (and all other party members)

this out of combat thing is annoying it isn’t tied to anything specific for me, it happens no matter where I am, I can’t tell when im OOC to switch skills. and when im in combat the OOC tab is there, so it’s a bug obviously.

Cofirmed happens to me yesterday and today.
