My Balthazar Track is stuck at 39/40 (99%). Has anyone else encountered this issue. There is no indication as to why has it stopped or slowed down. It is very disappointing i had been pvping a lot just to get the back piece and now it is bugged.
AFAIK, hotjoin has a daily progression limit. Qs do not. That may be the reason, and 99% is a coincidence.
