i have just tested the cleric amulet with the signet and the tool tip state with 1200 healing power i should get an active healing of 758
check the wiki and the formula is 392+0.31*1200= 764
but the actual healing when i attacked was 499
when i changed rune without healing power i got 470 like the tool tip state
i didnt had poison on myself
the passive healing is correct and also the healing itself
so do the active healing almost got no scale with healing power
is it bug or tool tip problem
if its tool tip problem than it seems the healing power hardly effect the healing part
