my game keeps getting stuck on the first loading screen when i enter the game after picking my character in the character screen this keeps happening and 1 time i got a message saying there might be something wrong with my router or firewall but i checked everything and there are no problems on my end so i can only conclude that this must be because of some bug in the game. please help me out.
