i bought my friend some dragon coffers and i couldnt send her more than 2 mails because i got suppressed due to excessive messaging.

the requirements for “excessive” are kittening kittened. and it is ridiculously frustrating because now i have 4000+ coffers in my inventory that i cant get rid of due to this stupid suppression

you cant buy dragon coffers as a gift. only rich dragon coffers. i consider it a bug. and its perfectly fine to post here.

I think you mistake a personal inconvinience for you with a game bug.
It’s getting real hard to navigate the real bugs like this…

I’ve been annoyed by this for a long time. I can’t even send a potion to each party member in a fractal without getting suppressed.

“Excessive messaging”? Really? I got it on the second message yesterday. Really! I sent one message to my wife, and when I sent the second one, it was suppressed!

Three messsages = excessive? I think not.

Basically, you were spamming the same message. The ‘attachments’ aka items are not what it is taking into account.

You should put a custom message specific to the recipient in each message. Don’t just send a blank message. Easy to get around and no longer appears as spamming to the system. There is no bug, and Aerojavi has a very good point

And Aerojavi can feel free to move this thread to the the Suggestions forum if Aerojavi feels so strongly about it. Or, better yet, someone whose job it is to tell people where to post their topics can move it to the Suggestions forum. Aerojavi can be rude.
