unable to get all the teeth for achieve

no. i think its still bugged. at least for me it is. i cant interact w/ it at all except to look at the pretty tooth while getting shot in the back by risen… -.-

I think it happens when you try to pick up the tooth twice. Try to remember how many you have already picked up and check the achievement tab. I was sure my 4th tooth was bugged, but then I checked the tab and it turned out that it was picked up.
