Exception c000094 [Possible fix here]
I am getting the same error now. Playing fine all day today. Everything was running fine. When I logged in again this afternoon I’m getting this error. I restarted, cleared the system cache but nothing seems to fix this.
Not sure what is going on here. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
I just send a ticket to the support team and I suggest you do the same as well. Just to speed things up for you, they would probably ask for more information about your system report. Here’s their reply to me:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting NCsoft Technical Support.
To further investigate the issue you are experiencing, we would like for you to provide us with a System Profile report for your Mac.
Depending on which version of Mac OS X (10.7 or 10.8) you are using will determine which steps you will need to take to generate the System Profile
To generate the system profile for computers on Mac OS X 10.7 and earlier, please follow the steps below:
1. Click the Apple on the Finder Menu Bar
2. Click on “About This Mac”
3. Click on “More Info” and then on “System Report”
4. In the Finder Menu Bar Click on “File” and then “Export as Text”.
5. You will see a dropdown appear requesting where to save the file. You can name the file anything you like next to where it says “Export As”, then next to the “Where” field, please choose your desktop as your save location. Keep the File Format as “Rich Text Format” and select “Save”.
6. Attach this file to your ticket when you reply.
To generate the system profile for computers on Mac OS X 10.8, please use the following steps to generate your system report:
NOTE — With the update to Mountain Lion 10.8, the ability to save your system specifications to a text file has been disabled. Because of this, you will need to use a free 3rd party application called “MachineProfile” which is available from the Mac App Store.
To install this program and save your system profile please follow the instructions below:
1. Open the Mac App Store which can be found in your Applications folder.
2. Search for and download “MachineProfile”
3. Open “MachineProfile” and give it just a minute to recognize your devices.
4. Select “File” and then “Save as PDF” from the Finder Menu Bar.
5. A box will dropdown with options on where you want to save the file. Please choose either the desktop or your doccuments folder as your save location so the file will be easy to locate and select “Save”.
Attach the file to your ticket with your reply.
Please update your incident at the provided link and attach the file you created. If you need assistance attaching a report to the ticket please follow the instructions in the following Knowledge Base article:

Ok, thanks for you reply. I’ll do what you suggest.
Okay, so I mentioned yesterday that the error was gone and I was able to play the game for a couple of hours.
I just tried to launch the game and the error came back. :/ Is anyone else getting the same error message?
I tried the next day and it was fine for me as well. Will try again tonight to see if I am in the same boat. Will post to support as well.
Mine just had an error like that, I’m gonna give it a little while. Restarting doesn’t work either. I’ll log a ticket soon.
Haven’t run in to this error at all.. yet.
I may have found a possible fix.
Try to launch the game without your charger. I noticed that I only get the error message with my charger on. After you get pass the character selection page, put the charger back on. Works for me so far and hopefully it works for you guys too! Good luck!
Let me know if you guys are still having the same problem!
I tried the fix recommended to unplug the charger to load into game and it actually fixed it!
I was also was able to get through with charger unplugged.
I double-clicked on my character as soon as I saw the name on the character select screen, and immediately went through to loading. I reconnected my charger while loading and I’m in, and appear to be fine.
I would be interested to know if all of you are using 13" MBP’s with the Intel graphics card.
I have a 15" with an ATI card and I have always played with my charger in and just checked 2 minutes ago and I have no problems. So definitely a very interesting issue and I hope it gets solved for all of you!
I cannot try it without the charger because my battery is dead and I cannot afford a new battery. If that is the solution. I am very sad.
