Fastest, most effective way I find to prevent the camera rotation bug is this:

On the GW2 Launcher screen (where you enter you username/password) is to click anywhere on your desktop once.

Then continue hitting login and play (if you don’t have auto play checked).

Saves time from having to Command+Tab out during game.

tgUpdater version 1.11 is still bugged for me as of 1740 12DEC13 (OSX 10.9)
Gem Store is still bugged for me as of 1740 12DEC13 (OSX 10.9)

I found if you hit cmd+enter while in game to go into a “fullscreen” windowed mode then repeat to go back to normal fullscreen that seems to fix it as well .. however if you quit/restart you have to repeat this ..
