i still don’t get my gift of exploration… already make a ticket. but no response

i already did 100% map completion with 301 hearts, 512 waypoint, 727 poi, 202 skillpoint, and 266 vista. but i dont get any gift of exploration. i already try individual troubleshooting recommended in forum such as revisit chantry of secret and all major city. and i still dont get any of it. i already report a bug in the in-game support.

Wow really … Ok fine il delete the rest… This is why I never post on the forums. I just did it this time and on the bug forum in hope that it would help get my gifts faster. But you take it as an insult and delete half the post. I don’t care about these forums I’m not trying to insult anyone. I just want the rewards that was promised to me by completing the task.

Received this reply from GM 5 days ago, 7 days later still no compensation… is it really that hard to dig the information? Can’t anet just request from us for the information they need? like screenshots?

Our Support Team is currently hard at work fixing this issue, rest assured, you will receive your rewards.

Update as of 6 March 2:30 PM Pacific: Progress has been made in researching this issue and we’ll be addressing the problem of missing Gifts of Exploration soon, on an individual basis. Watch your e-mails for updates on your tickets, with a message that the gifts have been sent. If you did not submit a ticket — and hey, even if you did -- watch you in-game mail for the transmittal message containing your rewards.

This is a priority and we have folks who are nose down, focusing on this very issue. Again, thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this pesky bug!

Update 6 March 2014 5:30 PM Pacific Time: Some of you may have noticed that you received your gifts. If you do not have your gifts now, we ask that you please submit a ticket or update your existing ticket. To do the latter, simply respond to any e-mail with the ticket number in the subject line and update to say you checked your account, made sure you did not have 10 or more mails, and you definitely did not receive the distribution mail.

Upon verification of eligibility, the Gifts will be sent to you.

I just recived my 2 gifts in that mail…. thank you so much, you could not have sent this at a better time, i was getting so mad over all this. but atlest you came through.

but not to over do it or anything but i think that for the people that where affected by this bug and had to go through all this should get some kind of new title like “been there, done that, and took me a week to get my t-shirt” lol,,,, no im just joking, but realy thanks Anet. i was realy starting to lose faith and you came through

Well……I finally got them but I accidentally deleted them! Do I need to resubmit a new ticket? J/K I finally did get them. Thanks Anet. You dropped the ball uncountable number of times on this but in the end you came through and I guess that’s what really matters. Now lets limit the next set of game changing bugs for 6 months while all our anger levels drop. :P

Needless to say, we’re very sorry for the bug that prevents the timely arrive of the Gifts of Exploration. That was some pesky bug, but it has been well and truly smited, so those gifts should be in your in-game mailbox. If you have a continuing issue (which would be very rare) please follow up with a ticket, or update the ticket you already have in the system.
