2nd Birthday presents are based on your character being 730 days (2×365) old….. Check /age on each character.
Submit a ticket with Support of they are and you did not get a present.
Also, your mail can only have 10 items in the in box…..try deleting old mails and then logging out and back in those characters.

D’oh, Grimm. I was looking at the total age, not character age. I tried to delete this thread with an explanation that I was an idiot, but I think it just deleted the first post.
In any case, the error was on the user part, and not the game.
